Honestly with all the issues your car has, unless you diy fix, the car might as well be considered totaled since I think the full suite of repairs needed will be worth more than the car is worth

Doing everything will take several hours
Replacing brakes may be like 2 hours ish, depending on how seized and what tools you have on hand
Changing fluids (which you also should since it has been sitting for a good while) would probably be another 2 hours to do every fluid
Cleaning injectors and spark plugs..... Probably another 2 hours since sometimes they're not in a convenient spot

In terms of order of things to do, I'd try to get the engine running before doing the other 2 steps
(I'd drain old fuel and put fresh in, and check oil level prior to trying to run the engine though)
