The first ram stick has 2600mhz and the second has 2400mhz

Theres a few reasons this could happen

First is bad ram, or mismatched ram dies

Could be in wrong ram slots

Could be a bad mobo

Could need a bios update

Or the EXPO timings/voltages could be incorrect somewhere

Thats every option I can think of for expo causing pc to not boot
