-depending on your motherboard you may have options like adaptive or fixed voltage, choose adaptive (better to have idle clocks than max clocks all the time, saves power too a bit)
-if motherboard has features like lite load or similar make sure to hit the lowest value (mode 1)
-i'd undervolt at increments of -10mv and will start with -100mv.
-Set cpu amperage to 200a
-Cap power to 181w for both short and long power
-OCCT linpack + OCCT CPU Extreme-AVX2 + Prime95 + Cinebench R23 is enough for testing, I'd also test unity games or something cpu intensive afterward.
