"There's a couple of softwares that expose usb devices to a network, USBIP and VirtualHere being the most popular I could find, and I had to use VirtualHere because of the mac support. There's a bit of latency so i'm not sure how well it would work with a webcam or mic but theres an unlimited trial which supports 1 device at a time, so you could give it a try and see if it works for you (using VirtualHere, can't comment on USBIP).
