Somebody can explain it better but Ryzen likes a particular memory speed (3200 MHz if you're on DDR4 and 6000 MHz if you're on DDR5). The lower the frequency, the worse your 1% lows in games

I had my memory at 4800 MHz and I had stutters everywhere in a particular game. I moved it up to 6000 MHz (the DOCP profile), and all of the stutters were gone. Felt great after setting the frequency
