For me i pay more attention to how far ahead it can go as that can show you how well it will serve you doing forwards. If you avoided all that it was a great OS.

My mom's pc shipped with it too and it looked fancier but the specs were lower and it did have some issues but it was usable. both work fine

well the gaming laptop works fine when plugged in. got it back in the day when gaming laptops ran like an overloaded netbook if they were unplugged
