This is my microcenter list, storage based on your needs can be 50-150 depending on speed and capacity, and for the gpu i would say gre 4070s or the 7900xt(</=690usd) would probably be best for price to perf, 4070s for rt every now and then or dlss three and the amd cards for pure raster, build cost should hover around 1350-1600 depending on the choices i listed.

Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 7900 XTX. But I have an issue with the GPU. When I turn on the pc the gpu doesnt turn on the light bar and the fans do not spin. BUT, when connected to a monitor, the monitor awakes from sleep mode but then signals "no signal found" what could be the issue?
