So you set the maximum amperage for EDC which is like normal use; max amps for TDC which is the limit when your thermally constrained (cores getting hot); & the TDP which is the maximum wattage the CPU can run at. it's kind of silly in a way because if your EDC is high but your TDP is lower, TDP will prevent you from reaching your max EDC but I digress lol
