ok yeah but some of those services being enabled might cause conflicts. You can try clicking enable all, and that may work just fine, but I can't garantee that won't break things further. That's the problem I have. Your whole issue may be related to some things being disabled that hsouldn't be, but I don't know if that is true. But everything on my msconfig is enabled, although not all services are running.

I personally would click enable all, then restart. If that doesnt work, I would reboot into safe mode, deselect the 2 (or 1 if you can't find both at that point) and restart again, and if that doesn't work, I would reboot into safe mode and reneable all, but then click hide all mocrosoft services at the bottom, and then deselect the remaining items, and restart again.

once you have the installation media ready, plug it into the usb ports in the back of the pc
then you enter bios, and you change your boot order to boot from the usb drive
