and i had to fix it to be able to use it cause i didnt want to send it back again

the replacement card they sent me was hitting 112c out of the box due to missing thermal pads

while running 133% fan speed due to having the wrong vbios

and also reporting wrong power draw due to wrong vbios

it was a 3090 strix with 3x 8-pin power

and 3000 rpm max fan speed

but for some reason they shipped it with 3090 EKWB vbios

which is a card 2x 8-pin power and no fans

so the fan speed limit was wack and the power reporting was confused

was basically reporting 2/3 of actual power draw cause it didn't know the third 8-pin was there lol
