On the other hand, some games will be worse, since there are games out there that prefer a faster frequency instead of more cache
So you could have the longevity of 16 cores having X3D with a catch, but you lose some of the other benefits 7950X3D brings
That said, benefit isn't really the best word. Very few people have the means to actually leverage a 7950X3D properly
7800X3D is more than fine and extremely competent for even the most professional content creators and gamers in the enthusiast space
So while a dream for some people in the PC gaming space, the execution of this is somewhat pointless

Given GPU and CPU coolers, it prolly dont be an issue tbh. Even if CPU cooler is replaced you still have blower GPU which is loud. Im going to take a guess that it is unlikely for you to hear coil whine issues with that setup, even if you were unlucky with a whiny CXM.
