Honestly it makes sense why there would be a delay. Firstly the interface from what I am seeing is really only designed for stereo output. next these are 2 different types of outputs, rn you are mixing a active bluetooth monitor with passive speakers that have an amp in between and from my experience some of the bose bluetooth systems have delays on their aux jacks for processing.

Now if you are really only listening to music you could possibly connect them as separate devices and add a intentional delay through software to attempt to align them though this can get messy. some music players have options to add delays and macOS supports device grouping but I'm not sure if windows supports that one. the other problem is 3 speaker setup is pretty unconventional so I am unsure on how to best configure that.

alright I found it, so my idea is you have the first set of speakers go into the interface, and then put the remaining speaker directly into the pc or other output device. once you have the 2 separate devices working in windows use a software like voicemeeter banana to output to both devices at once and using their Monitoring Synchro Delay feature to align the timings of the outputs
