Also, you don't need a PCIe Gen 5 SSD. You'll barely notice the difference between that and PCIe Gen 3. I'd only use Gen 5 if I were transferring data frequently. And even then, I'd probably still barely notice the difference

Gen 4 if you want to be updated on a budget. Not much else other than SSDs use Gen 5 (afaik)
