So this person had same issue as me and someone in comments said to daisy chain the 4 pins and even tho one part is a 3pin it shouldn't matter or something like that

But even then it still leaves both 3 pins I think

The commenter talking about the 4 pin chaining is probably referring to the third pin on the fan power, which is used for the tachometer to tell the motherboard how fast the fan is spinning. Only the first fan in the chain will report that, so the third pin is missing.

I just change the language from "English (United States)" to "English (World)". You don't have to go through OOBE

It'll still force you to sign into Windows. But it cuts down on bloatware that Windows comes with. And some things come broken, like MS Store (if you use that). You'd just have to set your language back to "English ([your country])" when you have to use some Windows stuff
