Why would they do that though
As a non-OWer my info is limited, but afaik it was to balance another change they did. Basically they increase HP and general damage to get around the fact that people would either be invincible or insta killed by an explosion if they were next to a healer. Then to not make games take too long they increased hitscan hitboxes.
