Ye, usually bit does not have slash. Problem is that naming conventions doesnt actually disallow it. It's just another way to spell "per second", and doesnt have anything to do with noting the different units. Bits vs Bytes is b vs B, caps is the only thing noting unit differences.

Anywho what I am getting at is if you are on ethernet and the pc is connected at proper protocol then its not likely any issue with the pc itself or drivers. More likely a bottleneck with the router, congested traffic, or you don’t actually pay for that speed

Granted that doesn't account for specific amperage but it's not a healthy outlook if the demand is something over the vanilla spec
