Basically, I have dual GPU's cause I need them for my job (3090 and 3060ti), and ever since I added the second GPU, i get these driver de-sync's that cause a loud audio pop followed by my mouse and keyboard blacking out for like .5 seconds

I am running the 3090 on full 16x gen 4, and the 3060ti on 1x gen 3, as the 3060ti is just a local compute/VRAM pooling device
When I use them together, there are no issues, its just when I am done using the 3090 and not the 3060ti, thats when it gets really bad.
