The scar seems the most attractive there but imo having bought a high end laptop before? I wouldn't. I would stick to the entry/mid range just because power requisites turn it less a laptop and more of a desktop replacement.
That would be my two cents. I would go up to maybe as high as a 3060/3070/4050/4060 lappy as they tend to be excellent value, preferably with a ryzen cpu for far better battery life and equivalent multicore performance, then if I need more grunt, I'd remote into my desktop with a more serious gpu and use that gpu when necessary.
The 4090 mobile is roughly equivalent to a 4080 desktop anyway, and calculating the numbers, you'd be able to accomplish the desktop and laptop for almost the same price.
