i had a recent issue where my radeon card blackscreened aswell, after checking device manager using my integrated graphics, the gpu will not show. I assumed the card was failing so I decided to reseat the card hoping it still worked to no avail. Even after a DDU it wouldn't work as the installer wouldn't detect the card. However, it turns out that all I did was use a random hdmi cable to one of display outputs and it magically worked? Used the display port cable and it works fine, I guess you can try to do a cold boot by holding down power while the psu cable is unplugged
other options (if you haven't tried)
-DDU the drivers
-Downgrade driver
-Reseat gpu
-Use different output if you can
-If you have freesync monitor uncheck adaptive sync compatible on adrenalin
-test the second monitor to see if it works without the first

A trend with macbooks lately has been to get older models like the M1 Max or M2 Pro or Max as their price on used and refurbished markets is a lot better. those specs you mentioned are pretty good the only big problem id say with macbooks are their storage, extremely expensive to upgrade and some people struggle with storage management

Yeah personally I'd say it should do as it is a fairly high end machine. Only thing I'd watch is the display driver. With the new macbooks some of them are limited by how many displays you can connect (if you are a multi monitor person). the base processors support 1, the Pros do 2 external displays and the Max does 4. that's another thing with my M1 that really bit me

motors create electricity when they move and if that changes abit too much your motor can burn so in this case if that belt drive gets a bit to tuff i presume it would just burn the motor
