You can run a 5600 off a laptop heatsink tbh
Just don't use a cooler for optimal 5600
What temps are you hitting?
your practically optimal
Cold room and decent case fans
Yeah no need to upgrade cooling, that’s a great operating temp
Gpu runs about the same
Mid 50s
Sometimes hits low 60s but nothing to worry about
If tempts are under 70 I do not care
I hit 90s easy but im not tempted to upgrade cooling
(cpu only using a 5800x3d)
Lmao
things a mini furnace
I've heard that X3D runs hot yea
the vcache makes cooling hellish
I could upgrade the mobo but blah
It's fine
It works
Don't care enough to take it out and install a new one/10
Probably
just like a amazon basics or something, its cheap and super nice
Vesa mount or something
yeah
edifiers are the go to cheap option
blow money on a figure idk

well if you can push for 7700x
rn microcenter is giving away free ram
32 gigs at that
Unrivaled gameplay is yours with the Dell 27 Monitor for serious gamers. Experience sharp, un-distorted moving images with NVIDIA G-SYNC and the fastest refresh rate at 144 Hz. Enjoy incredibly swift and responsive action with minimum input lag at an extremely rapid 1ms panel response time. Lose ...
Is this a good monitor?
A couple that I met were asking if I wanted their used one for 60.
Good enough to be worth $60 imo https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2716dgr-s2716dg
Good enough? Is this an average monitor?
It's so expensive new tho.
That's just because Dell
They also charge $3500 for an Alienware that has a 12900k on a 120mm AIO and throttles so bad it's worse than the 12700k
I'd say the monitor is about average, decent for gaming
It has a 60% chance of exploding?
Goes from 144hz to 90 from overheating
Imagine a pc monitor where it has a fan louder then your actual pc
That's been a growing possibility lately with the high res high refresh monitors
4k 240hz and all that
The idea is the monitor is capable of 4k OR 240hz depending on the needs of the user
240hz ddlc!
does anyone reccomend any good triple monitor mounts? that are around 50 dollars???
Hello friends. I need to find a budget monitor for my friend for her birthday but I'm having trouble finding the best thing I can for our budget. It's about $150usd converted from our currency (I'm in Poland)
She likes to play games like cyberpunk and such.
I know the budget is a bit restrictive which is why I come here, because HUB's video about best 1080p's only lists monitors that are too expensive :/ (otherwise i would have grabbed a 24g2u by now)Maybe theres a decent mid-range one?
thanks
I can be flexible by like $20 i suppose
does amazon and/or newegg work for you?
amazon sometimes if it delivers here
newegg no
what about the AOC C24G1 24'?
its VA and HUB said stay away from the budget VAs? so idk
or the Acer Nitro VG240Ybmiix ? its IPS
VA can have some low pixel response times/smearing, really just depends on the panel. Reviews might mention it if it's really bad
Hard to go wrong with IPS
Just stay away from TN
Alright.. thanks
only 75hz though
Yeah everything in my price range is 75hz it seems
at $150 price point you probably want 120 or 144hz
well if you could recommend a couple that would be awesome
yeah gimme a sec
appreciate it
what currency you use?
oh you already converted to 150 usd got it\
because I'm overwhelmed by the options
yes sir
also, do you know what Ybmiix means? i see a few here that are recommended on reddit but the ones they sell here have Ybmiix in the model name. same thing?
i just need something thats not bad value for the price and is decent for gaming. she's not a hardcore gamer, has a 1060 equivalent gpu or smth
Msi g241 is good, might be a bit over 150 though
looking at it right now, i see it discounted but still out of budget, gonna ask my friends because it looks tempting
The other thing is that black Friday/cyber Monday is coming up and I'd guess there will be some good monitor deals then
yeah unfortunately the birthday is before that and they're rushing me to decide now lol
do you know of any alternatives to the MSI? I'm going to try to convince them to go for it but just in case ..
I don't have any specifics really, sorry
144hz IPS or VA is probably fine, just read reviews to make sure there's not any huge issues with it
This is what I use
Samsung CRG5 Curved Gaming Monitor allows gamers to get fully immersed in with the1800R curved screen. No matter what you are playing, get the feeling of being pulled in as your game's world wraps around you, and enjoy smooth and clear action every moment. A refresh rate of up to 144Hz puts you a...
There's some pixel smearing but it's not too bad
Great contrast as well
is it the same as the crg50?
I’m only seeing crg5 not crg50
Oh yeah it might be the same
Full number is LC24RG50FQNXZA
Alright. And you're happy with it for gaming and general usage etc?
Yeah
I'll assume they're the same maybe just some negligable differences for sale in the EU market
Well if you look at the full model name it does actually have crg50 in it
Alright man, you've done way more than I expected. Thanks so much
I'll convene with the council on what we actually buy lol. Have a good one
Yeah you too
which one is generally better ? the G241 right? ignoring the cost
monitors are always such a headache because you can't really compare 2 products directly and both of the monitors are decent reviews
@fossil gust
I dunno if one is straight up better, the g241 is IPS while the CRG5 is VA
IPS: better colors but worse contrast
VA: Better contrast, worse pixel response times
hmm. thanks
yeah now im just reading through newegg reviews
people actually say the contrast and colors are good on the g241, so im leaning towards that
just a little worried about MSI's RMA reputation
well they went for the CRG50 because it was cheaper
should be fine either way
Any suggestions on a monitor that's made for protecting your eyes from using it for long hours at a time. Not for gaming. Wife's using a laptop now, going to get her a new pc but concerned about her eyes as she's got some issues and like to limit problems brought on by a bad screen as she's spending about 10 or more hours a day infront of it now.
Normal monitor and the yellow filter in windows called night mode or something
Or blue light glasses
There's nothing else you can do but taking breaks
Thank you
Been looking at alot of ultrawides
Settled on maybe getting the 34wp65c-b

Around that $500 range
Seems like a good price point
Or the S3422DWG
Probably one of those
They seem really good at that price point
should i get huawei mateview gt 27 now for 292$ or wait for black friday?
It's cheaper and better panels on the market right now than that Huawei...might wanna check out the Gigabyte M27Q or LG 27GL83A-B
M27q-p is $270 rn
Or is it 280
I dont feel like checking but it's one of the two as of yesterday
$280
No
Not unless you're buying a 4090, and even then there's better options
M32u for example
(Who is buying a 4090)
@lost sphinx
Jacksepticeye
Alot of cheaper ultra wides seem to use VA panels
I know they have worse off viewing angles, but are they much worse off then an IPS panel?
That's what I'm getting from reviews I see on sub $500 ultra wides
3090ti?
Why would you be getting a 3090 ti anyways
Its around 7% better than a 3080 12gb
And worse than a 4080 12gb
I've never seen someone buy a 3090ti for gaming tbh
Seems like a poor choice for the price
I keep ping ponging on getting an UW, on one hand the games it supports it'd probably be VERY nice
But at the same time, I alot of emulation and play alot of older games
So I dunno
My pc should be able to drive it fine
But a decent UW is like half my checking account lol
That $400-$500 range
So I ain't too sure
It'd probably be better then trying 4K
I don't think I can drive 4k
8 could get a steam deck, but I dont think I'd use it much
I found a 200hz monitor thats normally like 250 on sale 😭
How much?
200
Probably 1080 and tn tho
ye res size is 1920x1080 but 200hz for 199 tho
Ehh it's decent but you could also get 144hz 1440p which will be better for majority of users tbh
Something like this
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HYZ9TW/hp-x32-315-2560x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7v2aaaba
I'm getting a 32" Curved samsung g7 anyone have any recommendations for a arm mount
What’s a good cheap monitor to buy
Define cheap
lol
Anything not to bad of a price
give us a number
Around $100
lookinhg for anything specfic?
not th best but maybe this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CVL2D2S?tag=hardwunbox-20&th=1&geniuslink=true

I saw a 144hz ips panel for $130 earlier, on newegg i think?
amazon has a 165hz VA panel for 120
Anyone here have experience with KVM switches? Or multi machine setups?
Was directed here from general chat about setting up two machines on a single set of dual monitors and peripherals.
i recently bought a asus rog strix xg27aq 170hz with oc. i was trying to figure out should i get a 240 instead? i play mostly games like cod apex destiny pubg
Pairing with a 5800x and asus rog strix 3080ti
Most people can't tell the difference between 144Hz and 360Hz. It's something like less than 1% that can reliably tell the difference.
For some reason when I'm playing on 60 FPS my game looks really choppy and idk why
game is multiversus
im used to like 144fps but when i watch the game it looks a lot smoother and there isnt any choppiness
is this just my brain tricking me or what??
ive been playing the game for a while and i havent gotten used to it
ik my monitor is kinda bad so that might be the problem but idk
when I'm playing on 60 FPS my game looks really choppy
im used to like 144fps
you answered your own question
I have the same problem. Once your eyes adjust to a higher refresh rate, looking at lower ones makes things feel very choppy.
As for 244hz, you'd need to be able to tell the difference between that and 144hz else I wouldn't really advice it.
yeah but like 80 or 90 looks completely fine
and ive been playing on just 60 for a while to try and adjust and it hasnt gotten better
😔
90 is still 50% more than 60
Yes because now you've cut your frames in half.
I am sorry to tell you, but this is the side effect of using High Refresh rate Monitors.
Once you go down that road, you can't turn back.
It's like trying to unlearn how to walk.
damn it
thats pretty annoyingf
cause most fighting games are locked to 60 and thats what i like rn 😭
I feel you man.
It's because oftentimes higher fps will effect game mechanics.
yeah no ik why but i didnt expect the difference to like hurt my eyes
cause ive played like rdr2 on 60 and its fine and ive watched gameplay at 60 fps and it looks perfect
if its on like my phone or something
Watching != playing because you don't have input lag to feel
Im thinking about picking this up https://www.newegg.com/black-rgb-msi-optix-ag321cqr-32/p/N82E16824475132?Item=N82E16824475132 and i was wondering for anyone eles opinion on it
looks decent
would also consider this tho https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16824012047
it looks nice
do you have any recommendation or a IPS panel monitors?
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cB3gXL/hp-x27q-270-2560x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7u5aaabu

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HYZ9TW/hp-x32-315-2560x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7v2aaaba
personally id go M32Q
yea i think i might go with that
What's a good 1080p monitor with high refresh rate
MSI G241 or G242
There's plenty more but that's just one I know off the top of my head
whats the diffrnece for the 2
also what FPS to excpet from 6600
im downgrading my monitor from 3440x1440p to 1920x1080p
plus smaller monitor will fit under my desk
I think it was just a different bezel and maybe 5Hz
Depends on the game, look up YouTube benchmarks
okay
oh nice
Does anyone have recommendation for a 32-34 inch curved monitor for use with pc and Xbox xeries x
Budget?
In general I'd say this for $600 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09WPTKDQY
It supports the PS5 at 4k 120Hz
And Xbox series
@misty gyro Thanks!!! Is there a budget monitor. Maybe something around 300-400
smth kinda like
https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16824012036
Not one that does 4k, I'll have to double check xbox 1440p compatibility
they can do 4k downscale to 1440p and 1440p120 afaik
Right it was the xbox that could do 1440 and the ps5 couldn't
@tepid summit This one maybe https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-32-curved-gaming-monitor-s3222dgm/apd/210-azzr/monitors-monitor-accessories
Either that one or the Gigabyte Mr1111 linked would be good options
bruh
Ya ittl make you sick bruh 💀
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FJHMTZJ is this a good monitor for the price? i'm probably gonna buy it because of the sale but i just wanted to see if it's worth it

neither nvidia ctrl panel or windows settings are letting me change my refresh rate to over 75hz on my x27q
it's using a display port cable
it works using a custom resolution
but I'd rather have it set to it naturally
which is the best option ik there are open boxes of the same ones.. please help
Uh
the last one
There's a lot of monitors there, and one is 4K
if you're fine with ob
What GPU do you have?
All are 1440p I'm pretty sure
Look again
i have a 3070 fe
i prefer a curved.. if besides the last
M32q is flat and IPS, rest and curved and VA
I'm looking at model, all of them are 1440p models
Look at the 4th one closely
I'm not familiar with m32qc though
its 1440p
what would be the best with curved... i assume the best out of all is the ips panel
Oh, it is 1440p
WHY DID I READ 4K!!?!
I am going blind
Mr.1111 you may slap me now
we know esky
Rip
lol
Yea IPS is best in general
^
i was also looking at LG 34WP60C-B since its $300 rn but i was seeing bad reviews
Although I'm not familiar with m32qc I'm guessing it's an improved g32qc
That's my guess too
yeah basically
so I'd go that route
i have a va panel right now so i dont mind it.. in the va panel topic whats the best?
IPS is generally best
There are subcategories of IPS
Second time today I've gotten permission to slap you... I'll save these up
LOL
so the m32qc, the 4th one is the best option with curved screen?
Ye
I'd say so.
thanks so much.. comparing them didnt really help much since i didnt understand some of it
I had my eye on that 4th option really fast at first for some reason, then misread it as 4K
Lol
So I eliminated it based on that at first, but yeah, since it's 1440p, probably your best bet by far
so the g32 option says
16.7 Million and the m32qc is 8 bits is that the same just different wording?
Yep
10 bit color is 1.07B or something?
You don't really need it for a gaming monitor
only for creative stuff
It slows refresh rate as well, typically
Except for S-IPS very high end panels
oh okay gotcha thanks.. i really appreciate it
NP
what is the difference between DP 1.2 and 1.4?
DP 2.0 spec is done. Too bad Nvidia opted for 1.4 instead. If AMD has 2.0 they can do 4k 240hz
@warm mica
So 1440p at 1.2 at 165 hz is okay
Yes but keep in mind HDR might not work
For sure.. Thank you
i have my Acer Nitro 5 hooked up to my Vizio V505 4k tv and the picture quality, specifically the blacks/shadows, is super pixelated on the tv but not on the laptop screen. what am i missing?
How is it connected to the TV? Are you using mirrored or extended display?
HDMI cable, extended display
i've also checked the output mode matches the tv
Ok so your laptop only has HDMI 2.0 which is barely enough for 4k 60Hz. How do you have it set up in windows?
active signal resolution is 3840x2160
Looks like that TV uses BGR subpixel layout instead of RGB so that'll affect text clarity. Is it just text that you're having problems with or is it everything?
its not really text, its mostly shadows and blacks in videos and and games. its less noticeable in games but its still there. the Chrome default landing page shows really bad pixilation
Might be compression, any chance the cable you’re using isn’t hdmi 2.0
That was one of my thoughts as well
You have the nvidia version of that laptop right?
its an OEM xbox One X cable, so its 4K capable
Open the nvidia control panel, you can just right click the desktop to find it
yea its a 1650
Under display > change resolution, select the radio button for "use nvidia color settings"
Change output color format to YCbCr422 and full dynamic range if it lets you
Then hit apply and see if it helped
You can also enable cleartype in windows to help sharpen up text while you're at it
YCbCr422 only has limited, and RGB with full doesnt change anything
Could always try to lower resolution to 1440p check if it has to do with any compression issues, you’re not streaming those games right?
nope not streaming
Just double checking (rip stadia gone but not forgotten)
I expected limited range but that's because of the bandwidth limits
It doesn't hurt to try lol
1440p doesnt change anything, im using the Chrome default page as my barometer
Might be a setting on the tv then, could have cranked a sharpness/vibrance setting causing the blacks to get separated
But it shouldn’t be pixelated
Worth a look
I've seen similar sounding issues with dark scenes on bad panels, since the backlight can't dim enough next to brighter spots
It does seem that TV has FALD backlighting so that's probably not it
Or if it is it's because of low zone count
Maybe the game itself lowered its settings cuz 4k
Oh wait no it doesn't have local dimming, that was the older model
i'm going to bed, i'll keep researching, thats for the help guys
Ok then, good night and good luck
Another option would be trying a thunderbolt to hdmi cable btw, you should have thunderbolt with the intel model
Random thought, maybe the image on google is just 1080/720p and 4k is showing off imperfections
He said it was during gameplay too though
It’s a 1650, might have the game at 1080 still thinking it might be a tv setting also
All possible
You can get separation in blacks pretty easily with high saturation, tvs tend to do dumb stuff with pc’s Lg has designated game modes that tend to ruin images
i have a budget of 80-100Usd for a mointor i dont game i purely want it for work and above 75hz would be good any suggestions?
How demanding is the increase from 1080p to 1440p
That depends on the game but you can test it yourself using DLSS. I've seen gpu usage go from 100% to 60% in some games, so roughly double in those games.
well we uses RSR but ofc the screen was blurry and stuff but i did get more FPS then what i have rn
RSR is still imperfect, FSR is better if it's available
Got a GIGABYTE G27Q, looking to pick up a second monitor and was looking for some help on a monitor arm that can have them on top of each other rather than side by side, also wondering where i can buy longer power cables?
Not for my game 😦
what size monitor do you guys recommend? I’m also curious if you prefer a curved or flat monitor. I normally play online fps games.
I do 27" 1440p but you might prefer 24" 1080p for shooters
gotcha do you use a curved or flat monitor?
I'd go curved at 32"+
Flat 27 even seems a bit odd for me, but I'm sure I'll get used to it
Couldn't imagine 32 flat
my last monitor was a curved 27”, but I seem to see a lot saying that people prefer flat for fps games
I prefer curved
I feel like im doing better now that im using an actual monitor and not a 24in 720p samsung tv lol
Latency on a TV is usually pretty bad
Yea 💀
What do y'all think of the LG 27UK500-B
But tv best 😛
I can't stand it on my ultra wide monitor my 2 monitor don't connect
Looks decent enough for entry level stuff but there's few use cases for 4k 27" https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/lg-27uk500-b-review
For the price you'd be much better off getting a mid tier 1440p 27" unless you need 4k for a PS5 or for work
Mostly Netflix, anime, things like that
Might get another Samsung Odessy G5 27" 1440p 144hz curved monitor
Unless you're only sitting a few inches from the screen you won't see a difference between 1440p and 4k at that size screen
One arm length is about 3 feet for most people. I'm usually between 2-3 feet from the screen depending on the game and how I'm sitting.
V interested to hear each of your personal reasons for going with dual monitors vs an ultrawide and vice versa
Does anyone know of a ~25 inch 3840x1080 (double fhd) monitor?
What I want is something with the same horizontal width as a 27 inch 16:9 panel, to be arranged on top of my 27" 4k display, and I want it to have the same pixel density.
I have tried 2x 27" displays stacked on top of each other, but I feel uncomfortable looking that far up when I full-screen something on the top display.
32:9 aka superwide is sort of what you want, and 1080p at this size will never equal the pixel density of a normal 4k 27" screen. Most superwide stuff is around 34" or bigger.
Hi everyone, I’m getting an oled at us Costco today but I’m stumped. Does anyone have strong opinions if a Sony A80 oled vs a Samsung S95B?
This would only be for movies
K
not the J
oh wow
i am concerned about not having dolby vision, I use an apple tv for my streaming
A90J I know is an incredibly good all rounder if you can find it at a decent price
looks like the samsung is 2000 dollars for the 65 inch and the Sony is the same price
I have a hefty gift card for costco however
and the costco one has a free square trade 3 year warranty on top of their 2 year warranty
yeah, thank you! it does seem its similar across the board.
hm i think despite the lack of dolby vision, i might lean to the samsung bc its brighter and it has all 2.1 ports
but ive always heard sonys have really good cinematic modes
yeah, and while we usually have curtains closed and it rains 70% of the year, I think the sony may be too dim
woah that is a huge difference
Yeah DFHD/32:9 1080p. Exact diagonal width would be 24.4inch. Nothing at all comes up on Google which is pretty wild to me, I'm almost shocked that nothing like that exists with the demands of productivity spaces like recording studios needing both screen space and minimal footprint.
would I get good performance on a 1440p monitor with my 6600xt?
You could probably do 1440 medium at a decent fps
damn I was hoping I’d still be able to get good performance then I would go with a curved 27” 1440p but probably better to go with a 24” flat 1080p to keep up frames in fps games
I can still go down to 1080p on a 27” 1440p monitor and it won’t look bad necessarily right? that way if I need the frames I still have the option
It's not an ideal situation due to scaling but yes if you need to you can do 1080p, or use FSR/RSR to upscale from 1080 to 1440
I went with quad monitors so I could have browser on top / game on middle / discord, messenger, email on right / HWiNFO64, Fan Control, Spotify, Calculator, Afterburner on left.
Being able to snap windows to half a display using just your keyboard in windows is nice, but if you only have 1 display it can feel kinda limiting.
hey guys which 27inch 2k 165-170hz monitor should I get?
mainly fps gaming
not the rog strix pls because it is kinda overpriced
One of the many variants of the m27q
^
Depends on your country
and budget
Hi
What resolution did you say the monitors were? You posted in so many channels I lost the message
I only posted here but I deleted everything bc I said so much so I tried to simplify it
3440x1440p is monitor A and monitor B is 2560x1440p
Ok the resolution shouldn't be an issue then. The 1080 is capable of 33 million pixels and you're only asking it for 8.6 mil
Try setting them to 60hz and see if it gets them working
K
@misty gyro let me add you on back story really quick so they were working before hand so all I did was unplug my hdmi port so tomie can play call of duty on my pc and then I woke up and plugged it back in and it decided not to work
But from my testing if I plug display port into my 3440x1440p monitor nothing works
I can try to DDU but yea
Where can I find older drivers at?
Nvidia website always has 2. One "game ready" version that has the latest games and fixes and one verified by Microsoft.
Hm I just type in Nvidia drivers then enter my gpu then it always gives me lastest
On the page where you enter your gpu there's a link for older drivers
That goes to the advanced search
You can go either nvidia recommended (usually game ready ones) or WHQL (windows) certified
Here's one from last month https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/180555/en-us/
What monitor should I get? 27-32" Mostly to watch movie and work. I currently have a Samsung Odyssey but it's so buggy. Half the time it wont turn on, have to unplug power. around $800ish
What kind of work? any gaming or no
Then something like this should do just fine
https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16824011408
thought about an oled but not sure if theres any under 1000
oled going to cost a pretty penny
well I want atleast dimming zone and hdr
I mean, it's either get a good experience with a 200$ monitor, or a great experience with a 2000$ monitor
local dimming and (assuming you want like hdr1200 or smth) actual hdr certification costs quite a bit
Like you'd be looking at something like this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09RMFZZPX
that's effectively hdr600
@misty gyro thank God fal it was just driver update issue everything is working now both screens displaying thanks a lot
@misty gyro wait no it's broke
Ahhhhhh
Fal I plugged usb into pc and I got black screen
WHAT
What freak
I habe to unplug my stuff and plug back into gpu to get my display back
Are usb resources connected to anything?
Power is the only thing I can think of there
I'll send list over
PC Builder - Intel Core i3-12100F, GeForce GTX 1080, Cougar MX331 MESH ATX Mid Tower
I have 550
The only common factor between those two is going to be the mobo and psu
I'm using hub on mobo bc I ran out of USB ports I habe to hubs plugged into pc
I habe hub in front and back
Maybe my power supply getting close to limit?
Pcpartpicker says 413 for the components but then USBs all the stuff I habe plugged in
I also got a bunch of these when starting pc idk if that my usb plugged in
I did have an issue before when I plugged my hub in my mouse stopped working
But that happened weeks ago
Yeah that looks like a bunch of USB errors
Windows hard drive thing says healthy tho but crystal disk info doesn't report USB
Are the hubs powered or do they run off the board power?
Board
The hubs are getting overloaded then probably
Do you need the USB hubs I'm using

Sure
The USB port is only capable of 1A of power alone, so when you have more things plugged into a hub you should use powered hubs
Oh
Can you link me something to buy that's 3.0
Also should I unplug the hubs asap
Maybe just minimize the higher powered things plugged into them

Could find cheaper if needed
That's fine
$45 after coupon
Well back has my mic and Xbox controller and camera and front has my headset Bluetooth and headset charger and my Amazon halo charger
Xbox controller will try to use the full 1A to charge
Anything that has a battery like that shouldn't be used on a non-powered hub because they're probably trying to draw 1A each
okay
Now how do I get my games to go on my main display? I opened it and it opened it on second one while setting has my main monitor marked as main
Also I think my display port cable broken from gravity every tike I touch it a little bit the screen go wild
Bruh
The computer doesn't think my main monitor exist

Have you rebooted and fixed the primary display in windows settings?
Well last time I rebooted took windows 10 minutes to shutdown
And when it goes windowed like that you can drag it to the main monitor
That's what the reboot was for, so it can rediscover the monitor
Does shutdown not do that
That would be the same thing yes, except you'd have to push the power button to turn it back on
Well it's not detecting res
my monitor is 3440x1440 not 2560
oh the game is stuck sad
it did
idk anymore
weird
its fixed now
thats all im gunna go game now and go bed soon bye
K glad it's working now
are there more upcoming 240hz 4k moniters?
@misty gyro the ports on gpu are loose/broken
Like I touch gpu cable and monitor goes off
Idk about upcoming but Samsung odyssey neo G8 is 240hz 4k
ugh it's curved.
wild how 27" has taken over as the defacto gaming monitor. it's too big IMO. and 32" is just uselessly big for FPS games where you would want 240hz anyway.
It's because 1440p at 24" doesn't make any sense, the ppi increases but you can't see an actual measurable improvement
I thought 27" was too large too but i really like it now, sweet spot imo, i wouldn't be able to play on 32" but I'm quite in your face with my monitor, not as much as i used to be with my 24" tho
Will QD-OLED be better for movies rather than IPS?
I really enjoy my 32" and I'm pretty sure we are both face smashed into monitor users. I tried to go back to gaming on my 27" because IPS, but it felt sooo weird.
soo... get a 32" and join the bigger " club
Fair enough i don't think i would prefer 32" tho
I'd have to try it out first i think
for 1440p 165 hz RGB 8 bit or 165 hz YCbCr444 10 bit?
cant do RGB 10 bit because of DP 1.2a/HDMI 2.0b
Was wondering if anyone had an issue with the LG Ultragear monitors thinking that there are headphones plugged in when they aren't? I can't find much resources about it online other than plug headphones in and unplug them and see if it switches.
It's discernable, I had an AOC 24" 1440p monitor back before they stopped making them. I sent it back because of a few dead pixels but I was really happy with the size and resolution.
24" 240z 1440p would be my ideal display.
If you sit really close to the screen or have better than perfect 20/20 vision then you may be able to tell the difference
Anyone know some good monitors like 27 inch 1440p 144hz trying to upgrade my current monitors which are 1080p and fairly small I think 21.5
Also not sure exactly what’s the difference from my understanding tn is best for hz ips is best pic quality and I forgot the other one
What budget? Good ones start around $250 and go up to $600
Well I would have to get 2 of them so 250-350
Preferably
I could always get one and get one later
M27Q is always a good option
G27Q would work too if you want to save some money
Yeah it's pretty good
The Gigabyte M27Q and the LG 27GL83A-B are quite similar as they're both 27 inch IPS gaming monitors with a 1440p resolution. In terms of gaming performance, the main difference is that the Gigabyte has a higher refresh rate of 170Hz compared to the LG's 144Hz, but it has a slightly slower response time. The Gigabyte is better for content creati...
Is the g27q not stocked anywhere?
yeah thats a monitor ive looked at for a while now nice to see a personal review with it
is the picture quality better with ips cause i just have some pretty cheap monitors rn
they were like 70 but got them for free so im not complaining just haven't had much experience with other monitors
sounds like it should be a good upgrade
getting a 3080 i think on the 25th so thats why im trying to up into 1440p and higher refresh rates
also i was looking at the g27q but it says it sells open box is it still new or?
on newegg
i also read something about it could not come with cables to power it ?
yeah is that why its on a big discount rn ?
theres no stock of them on amazon maybe just short supply hmm
i dont mind used but if its defective then thats not very cool but if u can return if theres something wrong with it thats fine with me
ahh i see so its not like refurbished stuff i get it
yeah makes sense
hmm now i gotta decide between the LG 27GL83A-B 27 and g27q
sounds good this discord server helps me allot tbh
thanks for helping 🙂
im just wondering i have a gigabyte m28u 4k144hz monitor since may june 2021. can i use hdr and how to enable it games?
as well as in movies using vlc player?
It has HDR400, but only some games have options for HDR
how about movies
Not too sure how it works for movies
Dunno if its automatic or you enable something
me either
hey! i have a 3 monitor setup. my main monitor (for gaming) is 4k 144hz. i have an 4090 with a 13900k. should I get my 2 other monitors 1080 165 or 1440 144?
rip. FV43U #1 kicked the bucket this morning almost
top half of the screen went straight dark/brown-ish
quick google is it's definitely hardware and needs repair'

For side monitors it does not matter if you're just running stuff like discord on them. Unless you're rich enough to the point where money means nothing to do, id either get 1080p 60-75hz ips or 1440p 60-75hz ips
VA would be fine too
if your rich enough I’d say 1440p 144hz is a safe bet
If you're rich to the point money is irrelevant, just get 4k 144 lol
And then send me one for the suggestion ofc
Honestly with g27q creeping down at 250ish and the hp monitors going on sale for sub 200 1440p isn't even for the rich anymore
Or just those nzxt sales for $150
I count that less tbh because since it was a 1 day deal
Hopefully it’ll come back
Plus the base price for em is 250 any kind of sale is pretty nice
8k $400 soon?
The x27 for 170 wasn't to bad either
After 4k the diminishing returns don't make sense for 8k tbh
At that distance just get a high brightness 1080p
I'm loving the x27q
I'm not sure if it's it being ips or the higher pixel density
But whatever it is, glad I bought it. Gave a much needed upgrade to my brother and a nice qol upgrade for me
My brother went from 1050p 60hz TN panel to 1440p 75hz IPS
1050p?
1680x1050 maybe, a 16:10 resolution common to laptops
Not sure I'd call it all that common anymore, lol. Bacca I paid $165ish & a couple weeks ago it was $160 + 10% rewards instead of usual 5% rewards ($144 total). My 1080p Asus was $30ish higher & just back around May I think.
Not as common as 1600x900 sure but almost
Of course I meant mainly vs 1080p, no doubt depended somewhat on screen size though. Tuning text scaling & such or not, the extra high "ppi" is part of why I don't like laptop use all that much.
(suppose sure big brain would be just hooking up a normal monitor to it)
Mhm, but desktop
LG 27GL650F-B 27 Inch UltraGear™ Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor with G-Sync® Compatible, Adaptive-Sync
Is this a good monitor
Yes(no) but I'd go 1440p at that size unless it's for a PS5
Oh wait that's the 1080p model. Weird, they named it the same as the 4k model with a one letter difference.
If you're set on 27" 1080p (personally I think that's a bad idea) this would be a good option https://pcpartpicker.com/product/bFXJ7P/msi-optix-g272-270-1920x1080-144-hz-monitor-optix-g272
G271 and G272 are nearly identical except different bezel iirc

So why not the one I recommend
What about this one?
24'' UltraGear FHD IPS 1ms 144Hz HDR Monitor with FreeSync™
24'' UltraGear FHD IPS 1ms 144Hz HDR Monitor with FreeSync
If this is good then great because I have a sale on for 159$
I'm still thinking on 27 or 24
Not sure size I'll have look at a measuring tape 😂
Sadly my tools are at someone's house
@misty gyro
I recommend 27’ all day, but like @misty gyro said, I would definitely go with 1440p monitor, 27’ is more pixelated than you think if it’s 1080p
Oh great
So 27 inch with 1440p
Also will it help with eye strain
Vrs like 1080 980 screen?
If so this is my choice
LG 27GL850 27" UltraGear Nano IPS 1ms Gaming Monitor with G-Sync Compatibility
I had like hp screen and my eyes was getting red in like 30 minutes or less
Depends on why you’re getting eye strain I guess?
even on my 1440p monitor I would play some games on 1728x1080p for the stretched look sometimes
Another benefit is that you have the higher resolution it you want it
You can still run 1920x1080 on a 1440 display if you actually like 1080 more
Some people do
Is it possible to daisy chain two docking stations so I can use 4 monitors? I have two docking stations (one personal and one given to me via work). The two docking stations are a Baseus Docking Station and the "Surface Dock 2" from Microsoft. I would be connecting the docking station via usb-c (power cable, not video usb-c).
what’s better? dp 1.2 or hdmi 2.0 or does it really make no difference
There's little difference that matters
I have both connectors for my monitor and was just wondering which one to go with
Personally I'd go HDMI for compatibility in weird situations, like certain BIOS that don't like DP.
oh okay thanks
weird, for some reason hdmi 2.0 wouldn’t let me go up to 165hz
but dp does just fine
DP is definitely better if talking same "tier" & depending on which ports we have. Now if we're talking 1st boot of a pc or some other instances, indeed as Fal said hdmi can be preferred.
Go with DP since the HDMI spec is stupid. They're allowed to call any 2.0 port 2.1 and it's hard to tell which it is without testing.
Anyones opinion on this? https://www.newegg.com/black-lg-ultragear-32gk65b-b-32/p/N82E16824025965?Item=N82E16824025965
Good afternoon everybody. Does anybody have an opinion on this? https://www.newegg.com/p/3D4-0010-00010?Item=9SIA0ZWGTH7984
Ive never heard of the brand that’s why I’m a little hesitant
Seems to be ok for a super basic, cheap 1440p. Nothing critically wrong with it but don't expect fast response times or low blur.
Nah you can get way better for $400
If you really need 240Hz try this one. The vast majority of people can't see a difference between 144 and 240hz. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-omen-27-qhd-curved-240hz-freesync-gaming-monitor--displayport-hdmi-usb-audio-jack-black/6487896.p?skuId=6487896
No, I would not recommend that specific model of MAG. It's ok as a gaming monitor but sucks at basic stuff like text and colors.
If you're looking under $400 like your original choice was I'd look at these 3.
Under $300 maybe this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088MLC8PH
M27Q-P/M32Q
M27q supremacy
It's so sad that m27q isn't nearly as well priced outside NA
How’s this for a build with a 6800 xt playing a mixture of FPS games and open world titles?
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pvrRsY/dell-s3422dwg-340-3440x1440-144-hz-curved-monitor-210-azep
Personally i wouldn't play fps on an ultrawide but maybe that's just me
In this regard we aren’t alike cause i fricken love it lol
I’m running 3 32” 1080’s @ 5760x1080 and actually enjoy CoD on it. Debating upgrading to a single 4K or tri-1440’s.
I would go for a single monitor with picture and picture if possible, I’ve had bad luck with dual monitor set ups but also never used the same exact monitor doubled/tripled so maybe that’s my problem
So many more cords and space to though
Space yeah, it chews a lot. My desk is 8’x3’ piece of butcher block countertop and there’s zero room with my PC on the desk and the 3 displays. But cable management is all handled, grommets in the desk and split loom for the display and power cables. Pretty clean. 49” UW is something I’m considering but the Sammy Odyssey reviews sketch me out.
I'm using 3 different monitors, none with the same resolution, refresh rate, or even panel type
haven't had any issues
all diff sizes too
27" at 1080p bad enough & this fella rocking 32". Will "see" a nice improvement from the higher ppi of 1440p or 4k. 4k itself does have a bit of a price premium. Perhaps just go 1440p & 2+ screws still. Only time I want a single screw or one that's huge is being on the couch 10ft away.
I'm not too worried about the 4k $ tag (within reason, no looking an ARK for example), but something more reasonable isn't out of the question
You'll appreciate my advice here, single 4K is the best of the 3
Been there, done all that lol
It's also the least teething of the lot
Single ultrawide you'll probably like too if that's your jam
I'm debating just that. I'm eyeing the Aorus FV43U at the moment. Reviews seem decent. Just wish there was somewhere around here I could see them in person.
I currently have two of those
Picture quality is phenomenal, zero signs of burn in after a year
I've had to send one in for warranty tho
How's ghosting?
Ghosting doesn't really bother me even if it's there tbh, I don't really notice it at all
Iirc it's good as long as *the fps stays away from 60
I'm sitting on a Sapphire 6900xt at the moment but plan on upgrading to something next gen soon
My real reasoning for liking it so much tho is instead of a long wide screen, I just have more screen in general top and bottom
It feels almost like 4 screens instead of 1 if that makes sense, but it's not difficult to run like triple screen games are
Which is sort of where I land on this. If you really like ultrawide, then go all in on ultrawide
FV43U is really good value tho if you catch it on a $700 sale
Right now $700 on NE.
All the 49 UW's are 1440 so I'm on the fence there
My reason for warranty was part of the backlighting died on one, but it's been covered by a 3 year warranty so it's all good, the other one is fine
Ya but dual 1440p
That's a lot of pixel
Yes. But it could be so much more lol
That's true, 240 would be damn nice
1440 vs 4k you won't notice the difference at that size
It's two 27" screens in tandem
yep. I'm hoping someone will do one with a pair of 32's
Take it from me the pixel density is so thick it's basically impossible to see the difference
Pair of 32's would be interesting, probably a lot more expensive tho
yolo
It looks it, just the reviews are unnerving
Qled just like the fv43u
Yeah but 2k+ is ... ehhh
Lol again, if it was dual 4k you couldn't tell
Also, that's a lot of strain even on a new gen card
No I mean $2200 for the Neo
Oh price
Kekw
Ya that's another reason I went FV43U
Can get three of those for one G9
I'm thinking that might be the play. The non-neo G9, what's the diff there?
Ahhh gotcha
Neo however has more interface features and hdmi 2.1
But that shouldn't matter anyway
If you use PBP you'll still be limited for extra devices regardless
So really it's the interface features like the ambient rear lighting really which shouldn't really be an influence imo
nah I don't care about that kinda thing.
Maybe one thing I could note about the FV43U is the screen is a glossy black
For a reason but still worth noting
You get deeper blacks with it but you will be able to see your own reflection a bit depending on your monitor position
Ya can fix that with a screen cover tho if you're willing to sacrifice some of that deeper black
If it bothers you
Well you've certainly given me some food for thought. FV43U and Sammy G9 (not Neo) are my 2 top options at the moment.
Hi all, what do you think of the A80J vs the A80K? I know the K is a bit cheaper but if I find the 65 inch at the same price what should I get?
I think the J is a little brighter but for reference this will be attached to an apple tv 4k
little to no gaming

Anyone know if the M27Q Pro is gsync compatible ?
Reason: Bad word usage
Q-P? Should be yeah
Tho true gsync has been long dead in the industry for quite some time
@small warren ok I was considering this monitor. Does gsync not really matter ?
From im I’m seeing this is a pretty popular budget monitor.
Shouldn't matter no. If it doesn't say it's gsync compatible it usually means they didn't go and get certification for it really
Any new monitors that boast gsync/freesync these days should be compatible
thanks for the help man @small warren
Np
Modern freesync=gsync
Gsync logo only means Nvidia tested it
It'll still work with or without the logo
I keep forgetting to ask this. Keeps slipping my mind. Back in the days, there was a huge online reseller who used to say they were part of Newegg. They went by deepdiscountdvd.com. I never got around to checking if they were actually related, but do know, half my old DVD library came from them. They don't exist anymore, just checked the link I have.
Was wondering if they really were part of Newegg, what happened to that offset.
I used to get my regon 2 doctor who DVDs from them too. Funny how you can get a full season now a days, for what they charged back then for the price of a single story.

and also is 165hz even worth the price or should i get 144 or smth
Absolutely not. You can get a 1440p high refresh for around that price.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0949KL83T
the once i sent was in cad
the one you sent was nearly 400$ for me lmao
haha ic
Ok given that the monitor market in Canada appears to be complete BS and all my usual model recommendations aren't available anywhere, If you want curved that one you linked is fine (not great) but this one is better because IPS, but not curved https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/msi-optix-27-fhd-144hz-4ms-gtg-ips-led-freesync-gaming-monitor-g272-black/15529863

i really dont mind if its curved or not.
Between these 3 which should I get guys? ALIENWARE 27 GAMING MONITOR - AW2721D, ROG Swift PG279QM, MSI MAG274qrx
They are all 1440p, 240hz
What gpu what game
Swift and mag are both good, whichever is cheaper but also you wanna make sure it can run
A 4090 would make the most sense for high framerate fps 4K tho
You'd probably want to try and push a 1440p 360Hz if you didn't want 4K, 1440p bottlenecks the card quite a bit even with the *best pc you could buy
I think he left the server
I can still ping them...lol
360hz isn't too likely, and/or depending on cpu. 4090 and not 4k is a but foolish, but oh well.
Okay I can try 4k
have never tried 4k before
I had a chance to get the 4090 so I just went with it lol
4K 240Hz you can run with dsc so it'll work if you find the right screen
aight thanks
You can do 4k360 without dsc on a 7900XTX, thanks to DP 2.1
can u notice the difference between 144 and 240?
Man's already got a 4090
Yes but not much really
You'll save a ton on monitor price tho
4K 144 is a strong cut under 1K if you pick the right ones at the right time
oki I think im gonna order this one then
Have a look and see M27U too
oh ok
M27U would be better
but it has freesyn premium not G-sync
Or m32u would be nice
Same thing these days
It's all cross compatible
for real didnt know that
oh okay
Try looking up M32U as well
Ok
Between the two M27U imo
But I can vouch the XG27UQR would also be decent if you are unsure
okay tks for helping tho
Np
It's called m28u smh

This any good?
**Guys, is this a good Deal? https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hisense-75-Class-4K-UHD-LCD-Roku-Smart-TV-HDR-R6-Series-75R6030G/1133360896?athbdg=L1800
I only have $500 (with a little wiggle room) to spend, and want to get the best deal. ANY 75" for $448 is an amazing deal, or so least I think, given my very small TV Knowledge. However, I am worried about the longevity and quality of the TV. I know Hisense is known for their Cheap TVs. Should I really be using my budget to buy one of their systems?**
1440p high refresh rate monitor recommendations? I play mostly FPS. Would like to stay at 27”. I have a 3080. Thanks !

most tvs in that size/price range wont last long
and picture quality is gonna be subpar at most
@small warren Dude, thanks for the recommendation on the FV43U. Pulled the trigger and got it yesterday, played on it all day. Didn't like being on DP@144, but as soon as I moved it over to HDMI@120 it's been flawless.
Very happy with it. I can now clearly see the sniper who shot me in the face. 3x.
Am I gonna have to replace my TV or will it dry out on its own 😭
I’m gonna have to get a new one..kill me
was this placed over a fireplace or outside?
No, it’s liquid damage
I cleaned my TV earlier, and some of it got into the crack on the bottom where the speakers are
ohh yeah not sure if theres much u can do about that but i really dont know
It started out as a tiny little spot in the screen and it just SPREAD in a matter of 15 mins
Asus PG279QM vs XG27AQM which do u guys think is better?
This is why you don't spray your screens directly, spray the cleaning cloth and wipe. There's not a lot you can do without disassembling.
Reason: Bad word usage
In order for it to dry, air would have to get in there, and it's not meant to
Figured
Id probably have to get a new one
It's just telling parents that im having a massive anxeity attack abt
its my own fault but, yk
It's possible it'll fix itself somehow but not likely imo
In what circumstances would it fix itself?
It would be very specific models and I have no idea which ones
But you could possibly fix it by disassembling if the screen has a protector built in
Mine is a Vizio, thats all i know
And i could dissassemble it but A: i dont trust myself to handle a TV, ill justt break it more and B: id have to do it behind my parents' back
Well if it's done what do you have to lose lol
I feel like theyd be more mad if the TV didnt work at all then it still working but with damage
And if i get caught taking it apart id be dead lol
Maybe just owning up to it and asking for help is the best move here, it was an accident while you were cleaning after all
I appreciate the advice but
you do NOT know my mom LOL
Reason: Bad word usage
I ALWAYS DO THAT
but anyway
if i really wanted to do sum bad i could try to open it up, disconnect the battery and say it doesnt turn on at all lol
but thats too risky
Covering it up only makes things worse when you get caught
You know what the FBI says, it's not the crime, it's the coverup
Exactly
However i did not know the FBI said that
I think it comes from the days of old fashioned gangsters like Al Capone, it's an old, old phrase
Lol
@misty gyro Update, parents aren’t really mad (at least idk LMAO) My dads gonna look at it when he gets home lol
So..new request! Im looking for a good monitor (or tv that can double as a monitor) as I have like a new setup for my gaming stuff after my TV broke, that i really like. Any recommendations?
Im looking for something thats like, 24 inches and isnt super expensive. probably like $150USD max
I don't need anything really fancy, just something that isnt a 720p sanyo TV
Does anyone know if I got something like this if I could remove one of the arms for two monitors and put it back on if i decide to get another one? And is this a good monitor arm? https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Free-Standing-Adjustable-Capacity-MF003/dp/B07GBL3PN3/ref=sr_1_8?crid=3A6HY5UQUHU5I&keywords=monitor+arm+3+monitors+vertical&qid=1668287386&s=electronics&sprefix=monitor+arm+3+monitors+vertical%2Celectronics%2C95&sr=1-8

$130 1080p 165hz IPS monitors 1.https://www.bestbuy.com/site/acer-nitro-xf243y-pbmiiprx-23-8-full-hd-ips-monitor-with-amd-radeon-freesync-165hz-2-x-hdmi-2-0-ports-1-x-display-port/6425559.p? 2.https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-tuf-23-8-fhd-165hz-1ms-freesync-premium-gaming-monitor-displayporthdmi/6501810.p?
Not sure if there’s many other deals but saw these recently, they are a good enough price
That's actually a really good deal
I like the Asus one
The acer isnt bad but i dont like the stand/how tall it is
The acer one has a adjustable stand, the asus one sadly is just tilt
I think Im gonna get this monitor is this a good one? https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-27-odyssey-qhd-ips-165-hz-1ms-freesync-premium-g-sync-compatible-gaming-monitor-with-hdr-display-port-hdmi-black/6471364.p?skuId=6471364
The acer stand is so ugly though
yeah it is, could pick up a $20 vesa mount while you grab one I guess
👍
Thanks sm!
It’s a solid monitor but, there’s a ton of cheaper similar options
I stand corrected
It’s 250$ that’s a deal

Yeah I was looking at an LG and gigabyte one and I saw there was a good deal on that
Assumed it was like it’s usual 400 without even looking, it’s a very solid 1440p monitor
The Gigabyte M27Q and the Samsung Odyssey G5 S27AG50 are both excellent 1440p gaming monitors. They have similar gaming features with exceptional motion handling and low input lag. The Samsung is better for co-op gaming because it has better ergonomics as the stand can swivel. While the models we tested are each 27 inches, the Samsung is also av...
Still seems like the m27q is a bit better
But for that price the g5 is still excellent
@fading wyvern Probably a stupid question but does that monitor have built in speakers? I always have dealt with TVs and never PC monitors. (Mainly going to be using this monitor for my Xbox, switch, and as an external display for my laptop)
Ah no it probably doesn’t, most monitor speakers are pretty bad
It does actually

I’ll use headphones for the most part (I don’t have room for external speakers) but as long as the feature is there I’m happy
It also says it has a adjustable height stand though
Newegg also says it has built in speakers
BestBuy is wrong abt the height adjustment but it does have speakers yes
Amazon too
Well there ya go
Bought it 👍
What gpu u running?
will a a game running on 60fps on a 144hz moniter look better or worse on a 60hz moniter ( without g sync)
and how does g sync work exactly, somehow i still dont know
60fps instead of 140+ fps just takes away part of the bonus 144hz does. "Gsync" is mainly gives vrr (variable refresh rate) so monitor can adjust its HZ to limit tearing & such.
It depends on the game but you can always do 1080p on a 1440p monitor and it looks fine, or upscale with DLSS/FSR
It depends on the game and monitor
At 27" 1440p you can't actually see any pixels so why buy a more expensive monitor when you'll get less fps and won't see a diff?
Also 3070 at 4k big oof
Also that Asus price is gross
Yeah i wouldn't bother considering it at 32" or past
3070 just isn't really powerful enough to comfortably run at 4k
It's really a 1440p card imo
Unless you're counting on dlss
Even at 32" I'd still recommend 1440p
Uh why bother with 4k then?
Probably productivity, media
You get more working real estate on 4k
No you don't, you only get more real estate with larger monitors
You'll get the same real estate on a 48" 480p tv as a 48" 4k tv
You don't get extra screen size for having a better res lol
Sure sure right screen size magically getting bigger is exactly what I was talking about
He's right. All you get is a clearer image, not more real estate
Try zooming out using display settings for more real estate
Or a bigger physical screen
Yeah dude makes little sense there, it's like saying a 4k 13" laptop is better for productivity than a 32" 1440p
I'm aware I'm just drawing parallels
Does anyone know any good monitor that supports 1440p 144hz and ideally 1 second response time for less than $250
X27Q is good for the price https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0949KL83T
1ms response is just marketing btw, it doesn't mean anything in reality
Ooh this one's a good deal too, refurbished though https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09J5J2457

anyone ever ordered from dell.ca? I ordered a monitor and it said it'd be delivered the next day but it's been a week and its still not picked up
Anyone know anything about Innoview as a brand? They have a 24inch 100hz monitor on Amazon for $99. I can't find a lot of info about their monitors or them as a company. I need a cheap replacement for now as my Acer broke and is being sent back. Id like it to last for awhile so not sure if i should pull the trigger on it or not
At that budget I'd recommend getting a good used monitor
I understand that. Im not going to use it for gaming unless my other monitor breaks down again so it doesn't need to be the best. Just not crap out lol
I'll scoure ebay some more first maybe
On your question have to tried contacting them? If it's Dell id think they would help out.
Yea craigslist is an option though i live in Kansas and would most likely have to ship or travel
I'd just get some cheap 1080p75 panel for now like this for 80$
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097NXPQBM
If you really want 100hz+, I've at least heard of viotek, there's this for 110$
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082DNTXJ6
Expand your desktop. Work, watch and play in Full High Definition. LG’s 22 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) VA monitor portrays true color, bringing a clear view to your work and lifelike scenes to games, movies, shows and videos.
Yea 75 should be fine for what im using it for
I’ve order from dell once, had a expected arrival date a little under a month out, never showed up and never got refunded
(it’s been more then a year)
hows the quality of 1440p at 32"?
contact them and get a refund
oh i ahve
Looking to upgrade my TV on BF, ( limited on what I can get by location) most are HDR10 what ever, I get a Dolby Vision receiver will that allow me to watch Dolby Vision content without the distorted color I usually get when trying to play Dolby Vision through my hdr10 tv?
Also if I am running everything through my receiver would that cut off my TV's functions like up scaling ?

M27F has KVM if you want to use that to plug mouse/keeb into
