A lot of Sennheiser's 5-- series is pretty cursed.

The only really good 5-- series headphone is the HD560S

And then HD600's are good, HD650's are mediocre, HD6XX's are ok. And HD800's are good, everything else is basically cursed until you hit HE-1's and those are 50,000 dollar Electrostatic Headphones that are literally the last headphone anyone will ever need or want, and there's nothing else better.

You literally pay 10 grand up-front, go fly to Sennheiser HQ, try a pair and then give them the rest after your special unit is done being manufactured.
