okay so basically somebody decided to make a stem out of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene cause its really smooth vs the normal pom stem everything is made of. thats a really long name so people called them uhmwpe stems and thats also hard to say so they just called them pe stems. they were pretty good so they decided to slightly change the tooling to make them better. these new ones were called v2 and sucked like a lot so people called them bumwipe cause it sounds like uhmwpe kinda (they were smaller than normal stems and caused the stem to be angle kinda like in the photo and really inconsistent quality). 415keys sells actually good versions called rev3 or something but basically thats it
