Hi! I just received my Arctis 5 headset that I bought from Newegg. It's great! I just got a small issue with the connection between the Main headset cable and the main cable jack (''micro usb part''). It fits in the jack but I can't push it far enough so it does not jiggle. The wire itself is ok since it fits in 4-pole 3.5mm Adapter correctly.
Is there a way to fix this or am I missing something?
