ahh i can't find link but basically you look at the spectrogram and where the data is, lossy usually has a frequency cut off at around 20kHz so there is no data above just blank, and there is what appears to be a shelf at around 16kHz. but lossless should have data extend to 22kHz or higher depending on sample rate
