the razer seiren mini has pretty nice sound tbh and is right around that price, my main complaint with it was it seemed to pick up a lot of desk noise, resonating freqs, you can check out reviews. another good option would be the samson q2u although it is dynamic if that is not what you are looking for. @gentle river
