higher wattage PSUs tend to have more connectors, so eliminating anything below 500 will help

thanks. yeah was going for 750 but i think thats now over kill... 650 maybe? no calculator comes close to that value when i put in the components i'm expecting to have. i even include the rgb fans that some of these cases have that i really dont care about. just want fans. dont care about leds

No. There are, but there's no reason to get one. They're virtually impossible to sync with with the rest of the RGB, and are mostly covered by shrouds
