I'm undervolting a i7 8750H and it always throttles dropping the frequency because of the max tdp set by the manufacturer, it's 45w, and the CPU always gets there and drops to 2.9ghz.
Can i slide it up to 50w? Is there any limitation from vrms? Or is it safe to get it to 50w, the CPU is also rated for 50w max tdp but on this laptop is down configured

Apparently it does nothing, the slider just doesn't work, bios settings overrides any other program, I'll see if I can set it to 50w in bios but usually they're all locked for laptops

Die mixing is what the label is given for mixing two different IC's into a set of RAM. Each ram stick comes burned in with IC's or little memory chips. Each chip comes from a different manufacturer and are made to run in a certain way that meets the requirements to allow each ram to run at a certain speed.

Buuuuut...

Each manufacturer does it differently, so when you mix two IC's/manufacturer's sticks together get different timings, voltages, everything else running at different speeds. A motherboard needs to compensate for that. The result is something a lot slower than running two identical sticks from the same kit.
