4k picture quality is great, 3060 will be fine displaying pictures, but when you get into games, the smoothness will suffer since 3060 can't run 4k at higher fps

There's also the factor of if it ain't broke, don't fix it, if it looks fine to you at 30fps, then there's no problem.

Easiest thing to do is download nicehash, set up an account, open an account with coinbase, set up the accounts now(might as well) install nicehash(non quickminer) and msi afterburner, do -502 core, open up the vf curve, press l on 900mhz( i can help you with this bit if you need) set mem +1200 and fans at constant 60-70% your choice
