The 3090 has 12gb vram on the front and 12 on the back, a lot of them have poor cooling on the back.

The only "AIO" cards I'd get in terms of the 3090 are the hybrid ones because the Blower style fan helps cool the Ram module on the back.

I'm talking specifically about AIO 3090's and why the Aorus one is the worst of them. Part of the reason is due to the water block not cooling the vram on the back of the card.

The other reason is because it is borked in terms of tdp due to 2x8 pins instead of 3x8 pins

A lot of the time those proprietary PSUs have just enough power for the system they're built with.
They do make adapters for sata to 6 pin. That's not generally recommended but it would be ok for a low power model GPU.
