Quick question. Got a friend with a Ryzen 5 5600X, MSI RTX 3060ti, with 32gb DDR4 @ 3600mhz.

The question is: "While I'm playing GTA 5 my GPUs at 100% usage and looking at a video of someone bench-marking the game with the same specs it's at 55% usage."

I know that this isn't anything to be concerned about as long as temps are stable and in a safe range for the GPU, but is there anyway to fix this? Already checked that graphics drivers are installed properly and up to date.

I have run ethernet straight to my PC and I have internet there, but when I try my wifi I can kind of connect but I get no internet.
I did a reset on the router and I get the same issue where I can connect to wifi but get no signal
