Anyway the fans of my Sapphire Radeon Rx 570 8gb aren't spinning and the build won't turn on.
So my question: Should my GPU's fans all be spinning or is it normal and there is another problem?
AND: should ATXV12 be plugged in? Is that maybe the problem?
