I usually recommend Heatkiller or Aqua Computer for premium brands. If not going premium then Bykski or Barrow. The latter is about 2x cheaper then name brands like EK for slightly lower quality. If you're spending a whole bunch then you should go true premium. EK has like two CPU blocks that are worth it iirc, other then that the rest of their stuff is "eh".

Thing is the difference in reality between them is pretty negligible. In the end it comes down (in my opinion) to which one you like the look of most. And ease of use of course. I like EK's stuff.
