You can get pretty close to 120 on 1080p low in some areas
And with freesync monitors being pretty much everywhere there's little reason not to get a little higher hz than you expect to get fps in game since the GPU can tell the monitor to wait for frames to refresh

When I run a benchmark it's solid but during gaming it gets much hotter. Running Heaven now and edge temp is 53 max hot spot is 70 max. I did uv it so I guess that made it better.
It never gets to %100 utilization though.

The best way is to run the installer off a usb like when it was new, and tell it to install to the existing drive. It'll automatically move the old installation to a folder called windows.old and set up windows like new again, but with other data intact. If you need to, you can copy user data and such from the windows.old folder.
DO NOT press the format button. That's the one thing that'll erase your files.

No, 50c is a very very safe operating temp for example, yet would burn us if we touched it
The backplate helps to cool the vram, so it's normal for it to be a bit toasty

If you are asking about the pcie slot, you should heat a click once fully seated, can sometimes take a bit of force.
Once fully seated, the clip will be flat and not at an angle.
