I can't ever seem to get the smith machine to work for me in any press for the same reason. I'll spend a minute getting the bench right where I want it, do a good set, and then either me getting up or just the rotation of the Earth will push the bench out of whack and I'll have to spend another minute adjusting between sets.

For me, I limit my excess sugar intake as much as I can. Removing things whose main caloric intake comes from sugar (soda, candy, baked goods / deserts) from your diet and replacing them with meaningful, nutrient rich foods can only benefit you. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it, don't stress about some fruit or sauce / dressing.

Also, as you get older you'll probably start feeling the symptoms of inflamation from sugar, unfortunately. Can definitely feel when I've had a big desert after dinner, the next day.

chicken quarters with skin & bone of coarse.
I buy the 1KG packs of chicken quarters at my local grocery store, eat about one of those a day along with some sort of carb such as brown rice or pasta, some vegetables usually bell peppers, zuchini, etc, then I've been trying to get back in the habit of drinking a protein shake in the day. also I snack on a lot of bananas throughout the day.
I'm 6.3 weighing around 193lbs.

I have seen the chickens in china, mexico, and US and both the farm + local farmer grown versions. these mexican ones I'd say are about the middle ground with american chickens being extremely fatty
