I always used 4 wheelers didn't know roller skates came in 3 wheelers.
Skiing is really fun. I use to ski in Lake Tahoe at Squaw and Northstar on occasion. Mostly skied in Donner though.

There's two ways to go down or up stairs with skates in my experience. 1( Walk brakes first. 2( Crab walk, by rotating your skates so they don't slide back.

I was 230 2 years ago. I've only been losing weight no matter how much I eat
Just got back from Chabad and now clocking in at 18,500 steps and 944 kcal burned.
I am using the Moto100 watch to track my steps.
Check out some gyms and find one that you like with some machines. But the basics if you're trying to lose the slight chub I would recommend starting slow with light exercise like some Curls, few pushups, and situps for bulking or if all you want to do is lose some fat is cut your calorie intake by 200-300 calories and burn a extra 100 or more calories from things like walking around.
I am currently doing a mix of both and I am losing a good amount of body fat while adding on some muscle.
Don't overwork yourself just take it easy and try to add a little bit whenever you can.
I don't really care to lose the chub. It's not a huge chub. I'm mainly looking to increase my arm mass.
You also wanna aim for eating good food and enough protein, would highly recommend myFitnessPal to track protein and calories, on a bulk you want to aim for 1.4g protein per kg of body mass or roughly .6g of protein per lb. Then between fat carbs and protein, for your protein whatever you workout e.g. 30% of the 3, make sure you don't cut out fat too much or anything tho you need 25-30% to remain with regular hormone regulation etc.
Personally I'd do a high protein small cut if you want to get rid of the chub
High protein cut would basically be that anyway but just less calories than you're burning so if you're working out 2-3 times a week it'd probably be about 1900 calories would still do it
And the high protein is obvs important for your muscle building but on a calorie deficit it also is very important for making sure you don't loose muscle while loosing weight

Nothing that I know of, but I was curious about if these made any difference. I grabbed it anyways since it was only $7
Personally I like them for two main reasons.
I get sweaty hands so my hands slipped after a long set of pushups and two those give you a bit more height so you can add more incline. I do my pushups down till my nose hits the floor.
Tbf casein is also dairy but yeah might be better than whey

If you are going to be doing pushups alot. Get an old piece of either plush carpet, or a workout mat with texture
Plush carpet being the best as it provides cushion and a large amount of grip so you dont slide around and lets you focus on the main goal of the pushup instead of contantly adjusting and wasting energy

Depends on how much muscle u already have and how fit u are. Imo u don’t need to do either since your a teen and your body is still growing. Just work out as u usually do and eat a healthy well balanced diet

Highly would recommend using myFitnessPal to track calories and put in your goals etc, and aim for at least 1.2g protein per kg body weight daily, the more the better, make sure you get at least 25-30% fat between carbs fat and protein tho, as if you have less than about 25% fat you'll actually struggle to loose weight more because of hormone regulation etc, also just regular hormone regulation things for feeling good etc
Lots of protein, creatine 4-6g daily (when starting it, ~15g first 5 days to boost amount in your body), lifting heavier for lower reps and higher sets with breaks of 2-3 mins or so

U could just cook it in a pan
Whenever I cook chicken though I like to cut it up in smaller pieces bc it’s easier to cook and I think there’s more seasoning on it cause of the surface area
I also just use onion powder, garlic powder, some lemon pepper, and a little bit of Cajun seasoning for spice
Pretty basic but it taste good
You can probably also pan fry them
And get the same effect
