Most people commit the act of doing a diet but when they do it they go to the extremes and it doesn't keep so what needs to be done is the act of slowly changing the foods you eat so a lifestyle change.
Also same with exercise you need to work your way into it. Most people try to go all out on day one and make it impossible for themselves in the long run.

If you think it's way too much, time, you can split Monday and Tuesday to do half of them Thursday and Friday
I also only do 1 time legs cuz my legs are way more developed than my upper body, cuz I used to to badminton and karate

And start with body weight in deadlift
Don't arch your back, and keep the weight close to your legs
For bench, I kinda stopped doing it, cuz it leads for a lot of injuries and since I'm doing hypertrophy training doesn't really matter

For deadlift, you can most likely do like 140% of your weight
But it's not a good starting point, since it's easy to injure yourself

My PR for a full set on the bench was 145lbs.
Bench press I got 175
and 247lbs on shoulder press.
But, a full set on the bench should be 8 reps maximum for hypertrophy
And 6 for powerlifting

Lower it, bench is a strength based exercise
You gain practically nothing after 8 reps
When I was in my peak a few years back I did sets of 100 for situps.
I don't do situps no more
My record was around 330 in one go.
this hurt like f-ing hell the next 4 days after.
For bench rn I’m repping 200
I literally couldn't move lmao.

To me it was.
Doing those situps helped me train my endurance a lot.
