Oh. In this case, use magic attacks. Ishmael dodges magic when he has ascension. If you use magic or pure, you can bypass the evasion. Or, Arachne to stun him.

But I think he can use the Green skill almost indefinitely if he activates it while he ults. It's only on cooldown for a fraction of a second before he activates it again

Jhu helps a lot. Sebastian isn't necessary. You can replace him with different heroes. Astaroth and martha can work. Have you tried using Astaroth, Twins, Martha and Jhu yet?

might be later nowadays, the game changed a lot

but thing is, the amount of EXP is lower now - with the EXP that used to be needed for 114, u would be lvl 130 now.

so based on todays leveling system, i did it at lvl 130. but that was pre-asgard, and pre lvl 130 artefacts, so heros have been weaker then

on a side note, i spend more time in chapter 14 then i spent in the first 13 COMBINED.
then the same applied to chapter 15 excluding the final boss. there i spend as much time as in the rest of chapter 15 again.
so the game slows down a LOT now to its actual pace.

but i also slowed down a bit bc i didnt want to level heros only for campaign which i wouldnt use elsewhere.
but again, the game changed, so now u could just build the oldschool #guild-raid team, as u need it anyway at some point and its also one of the best campaign teams

Should I try swapping Dante for some other hero or keep upgrading this heros till I finally win?

Do you play Manual mode? If you use Martha speed when the pillars spawn and isaac ukt to trigger added penetration, you might be able to kill 2 pillars. Preferred during fire element charging phase to get a nice blast against Seymour.

Ignore the first blast, you should be able to survive a 1 pillar fire blast no problem.

Astaroth was the go to tank for that stage. His shield helps a tiny bit. The big issue is the bomb. You can blind it, dodge it, reduce damage or build your armor artifacts enough to survive it.

Which boss? Seymour?

Seymour is fairly easy. You need a few things when fighting him. Toughness of your front line hero, probably around 400knhp should be enough along with some decent Armor. You need good front line damage, I used Keira and Lian back when I first managed a win. You should probably have Martha for speed boost which you will use during Fire element charging period to kill both pillars more swiftly. And a strong single target DD, OOrion, Jhu, Lara, these are good choices, Ishmael perhaps.

Being able to survive a half damage fire blast is pretty important. Jhu will survive due to his Ult, but other heroes need enough hp to survive. Why? Because you won't have the speed boost for the first round of pillars so it is almost guaranteed to hit you, most likely for half damage after you kill 1 of the 2 pillars.

I don't think Yasmine can be your tank for this fight, but maybe she can. Some people use Dante for the tank. But as I mentioned earlier, needs to have 400k hp and decent armor. Though dodging is possible in rare occasions.

Heidi might have good enough front line damage to help with the pillars. I would try Heidi, Dante, Martha, Jhu, Astaroth.

Finally managed to win against Seymour.
Originally was going with Martha, Jhu, Sebastian, Isaac, Dante and Oliver. But since for last few days Dante all the time managed to die in first 30 sec after getting thrown down decided to swap him with Astaroth. His defense shields and Martha's healing was enough of protection so was able to swap Oliver for Albus as well and won with 26 sec remaining

This seems a bit hard. You need a damage dealer at first, Yasmin would be ok. Arachne also if you have problems to survive.

Having Cornelius helped me a lot with those priests forsooth... But I used Alvanor as tank and upped his artifact so I had enough Magic attack to one shot with Cornelius instead of relying on faceless.

I was like 10 levels below my opponents though, these days, you level too fast for that and are probably doing higher base damage.

I remember that I beat Seymour with Dante, Jhu, Orion, Iris and Martha.

K'arkh does a lot of damage to pillars. Yasmine doesn't. Ishmael does a lot of damage to pillars, Dante doesn't...

Heidi should be good for pillars. He is further back, so probably fits in the support role. Still need a proper DD in front.

You need a few things. You need a tank (or dante) that can survive the first two hits. You need to be able to kill the pillars. If you kill the two pillars, it will cause a bonus to your fight. (Orange, fire blast dealing damage to Seymour, Blue, a useless healing, Green, stuns Seymour and boosts your damage by 10x) If you destroy only one pillar, the damage to your heroes is reduced.

Typically, bringing Martha and using her Ult when orange or green pillars spawn will help you kill them. Don't worry as much about blue. Low damage to you and useless healing.

Hello! I am a player who doesn't invest anything but time in this game. Is there anyone able to help me out a little bit? I don't understand how to complete the mission called "Path of Madness" successfully. I have 3 stars in Runaway Princess however when I do play it again, sometimes I win, and sometimes I don't. I can send information about the current things and the stats of my heroes.

Path of Madness is a power check. It stops literally everyone in their tracks. The main thing is to continue leveling your heroes, but there are some heroes that will make it doable earlier.

Heroes like Cornelius and faceless can combo in manual mode to kill the healer. There are all sorts of outdated videos on the internet about this fight.

3 years ago, I used Alvanor and Cornelius, Alvanor as tank spams magic attack artifact so Cornelius was able to one shot the healer..

But, this path, and that of faceless, will uktimately coat you a bunch of investment that is otherwise better spent on your main heroes.

Most Tanks even at relatively low power have enough Armor to nullify Seymour's attacks down to like ~250k each and enough Health to tank two attacks then

I used to run Nebula with Arachne and Phobos in arena. They can really mess up another team. They were low though, a trap for would be up and comers.
