Got the first 6 spots cleared 3 stars with yasmine at the front and various combinations of healers \ healers+mages, but can't find good team to beat this one. My team is yasmine+archane+thea+mojo at 122, jet+yasmine at 100, martha+morgane at 90+ and various others at 80-90, but no combination survives the second phase of the fight.

14 is when the Campagin gets seriously difficult... Cornelius is very helpful to take down the healing priests and he does not need to be very strong to be effective. I run Yas Tank thru most of that stretch

yes, ch14 is harder than earlier chapters. You gonna spend long time there. 🙂 I only finished ch14 today. 4months played.

usually you spend more time in chapter 14 then in all previous chapters combined

afterwards u have chapter 15 which goes relatively fast if u learned from 14.. if not, it will take even longer, even if u ignore the titan thing and seymour

seymour is a different story.. with the right team, hes easy the day u get a chance to fight him. with the wrong team it might take another 7-12 months to beat him

took me 7 months, but only bc i didnt want to level a secondary tank that early

now, like almost 1.5 years later is the first time i think i might need a secondary tank, but i still dont have the ressources for it

Just keep collecting heroes and don't built any of them too high until you get around level 50ish... By then you will have collected quite a few heroes and figure out which ones you want to use 🙂 Otherwise, just collect Dante from the merchant and build him up as high and fast as you can. Then get sebastian and nebula, martha and a final hero.

Hi Guys, Im struggling on Campaign, Chapter 14, mission 9 - "Path of Madness". I cant damage the enemy, so, Im wondering if i keep improving my heroes, and wich ones I should focus on, in order to optimize my team.

celeste does not help keira much.
keira is also not that good in general any more (she was great in 2019, OK in 2020 and 2021, OKish in 2022 and now is nowhere near the meta)
Dante might still be the best hero overall, but if your on a low budget, jhu is also an interesting choice, because u need him for #guild-raid anyway (along with isaac, nebula, sebastian and martha)

but within that team, jhu is actually only 4th priority in the long run

correct, I have finished with orange heros Seymour at the beginning in this year 🙂

e.g. until the last level of chapter 15 you need only violett+3 heroes, with the right setting of parameters at team level 130 and with max. stars and the right skills on max.

that being said, ice twins are one of the few teams that are good in pvp modes but suck in #campaign (maybe the team where thats the most extreme, bc usually good pvp teams are also good in campagin)

u WILL get stuck in chapter 14. build jhu there, u will need him for #guild-raid, #adventures (against the bosses) and #outland anyway

there were chapters and level cap 120...
they added few thigns to game which increased team's power so campaign became easier... then increased level cap to 130 and added 2 more chapters, scaled for fully developed 120 levl teams - it is why there is so big jump in difficulty

later they added even more things to uprgade, which made capmaign easier again so now it can be done with much lower levels but still require more upgraded heroes than previous chapters

now ppl get stuck on first chapter that requires some real power or thinking and mad because they cannot breeze trough enemies 40 levels higher and equipment upgraded 3 or 4 ranks higher than their teams anymore

soul stones come naturally with time and they have no other use than evolving hero and turning them into soul coins after that hero becomes absolute star
other resources, including exp potions, are to scarce to upgrade more than just main team until it is nearly maxed - it has only 2 effects: slows your overal progress and makes some events and activities much more difficult

a. artifact upgrades (get one team to almost full purple rank)
b. huge xp potions (get 20-30 heroes from 80-100 to 130s)

not sure about your budget, but if ur not spending like 200USD per month, getting 20-30 heros to lvl 130 is completely useless for you.

its even harmful bc it makes great storm events harder.. so even if u spend 1000 USD per week, dont do that

about thea vs dorian - dorian is back line and most of his heals come from vampiric aura - yas is frontline and usually outside range of aura... even more - yas deals most dmg jumping far away from a team inside enemy position

it makes her deal most dmg when she cannot profit from dorian's healing at all

I'm more into having more interesting options. just got some good testing results in attack with them today with the help of some whale in my guild

but they are only good for whales as of now bc of isaac

if u main them, u will suffer a lot, bc by the time u have your main team at 900k, u will still lose to some random guy at 600k with isaac

for reference, 600k can be obtained within 1.5 years at vip1, 900k means almost 3 years of seriou grinding at vip1.. that difference comes from the game slowing down later

Ult Asta before the first big blast. Then in mid-blast, ult Martha. Then at the first two big rocks, ult Faceless and Martha again.

and from then on, only ult Jhu if Martha is ready to ult. only ult Faceless if he’s going to mimic Martha. and save ults for blowing up the big rocks.

I wouldn't really recommend using Martha as your healer for an account with Dante as the main damage dealer... Ideally Dante with good support heroes would win fights quickly and Martha belongs on teams that have longer fights.

Is it just me getting bad luck with violet item fragment spawns or have others noticed this too? The last few days at least (maybe longer) I literally get no more than 1 fragment spawn for every Raid x10 of the following items:

Giant-Slayer
Minotaur's Head
Archangel Mace Recipe
Siren's Song Recipe

It has not been great for other violet item fragments either, but these 4 I have really noticed due to focusing on farming them for creating the last items I need to promote several heroes to Orange rank.

It may simply be that the chance for these items is lower than other violet items (like Flaming Heart, Hand of Glory and Pastor's Seal, which I have previously farmed intensively for creating Books etc). However, I never experienced the rate being so precisely locked to 1 in 10 only for Raid x10 (or any number that is a multiple of 10). For example, in the past if did a Raid x15 or Raid x18 then I would definitely get at least 1 fragment as per the guarantee, but sometimes might get up to 6-8 fragments randomly. But with those 4 item fragments ^^ it has been completely consistent at 1/2/3/4/5/etc for each Raid x10/20/30/40/50/etc. If I do Raid x15 or any non-multiple of 10 then I never get any more than that 1 in 10 drop and the extra x5 Raids do not give any additional fragments even just randomly.

Now I know there are supposedly fixed chances of each item fragment spawning in Campaign fights, and saw recently that this was reportedly very well researched and found to be consistent. So my question is have the game devs recently altered the spawn rate mechanics or have I just had strange luck? I generally have a very keen sense for detecting patterns in numbers and all kinds of things, so I am very sensitive to changes in patterns that I've been observing. Has anybody else noticed this change or is it just me? 🤔

Well that simply means I misunderstand those droprate figures. Apart from 1 guaranteed drop with a Raid x10, the rest are just what has been determined through observation to be averages.

but it also means there is about 11% you get nothing from 10 raids
