Yes. But only when it comes to the champions themselves, not the builds or other stuff.
It will also help you understand the macro better, as, despite many saying it's not true, the macro is similar. You're looking for objectives (the objectives aren't the same in PC and Wild Rift, but that's not important; it's important they're there), and each champ has its own role getting that objective.
Matchups are somewhat similar (although not all of them, as some champs do differ in abilities, such as Zilean and Zyra), so you can learn that from there.
The fundamentals are also the same. Wave control can also be learned (you just need to realise how to apply it to 8 minions rather than 12).
