bork for omnivamp/some tankbusting,sojihn for more damage, mortal for anti heal/armor pen,seryldas for slow and armor pen,ga last item if enemys have a ton of burst damage,etc. as ez you have a ton of options and i can't realy name them all since i am not an ezreal main.

DS or divine sunderer is an AD item thats good against HP tank enemies, you deal dmg based on their max %HP and you also recover a certain % of HP

While riftmaker is an AP item but most likely here is for more regen and a bit of AP penetration and also dealing a bit amount of true dmg in the end if you stay in combat for at least 4 secs

So i can just say this is an AD tank build
