So he just naturally falls off due to his assassin nature and that he can only realistically get one person at a time wich is kinda hard during teamfights

As a jgler, try tracking the ennemy jg,
If you know where he started -> you know when his camps will come back

If you see him ganking your dragon lane, you can try to take all his camps so you don't get behind in gold compared with your opponent
If you can safely invade, just do it
If you can't invade, then don't do it
