Vayne pick her into tanky comps,build on hit items, and her gameplay is you dance around the edge of a fight with tumble while shredding people to bits. Shes more of a counterpick and you want to play safe during laneing phase since her early game is garbage
With Draven you have to get ahead early. Your early game is great due to your axes but you have to catch them and cash out your stacks outherwise your gonna get behind real fast
Also I wouldn't recommend learning adc with either of these marksmen. If you wana learn adc go cait,jinx, or ashe

Your passive gives you stacks of adoration from cs'ing or catching axes and you cash them out on kill (takedowns don't count, you have to land the killing blow)
On kill you get like 30 extra gold and like 3 gold per stack of adoration
Also your stacks get cut in half on death
