I didn't check wild rift scalings but on PC ap ash is formed around her ult and W, outside of that ig your only decent choice for her will be if your team heavy on ap and you need more ad, but then senna is better choice(even tho i hate this tank senna meta its working)
Its also a case of wild rift being wild rift, on pc senna is a perfectly working adc that is picked in pro league why its not viable on wild rift you can ask well answer is simple % souls drop her being weak and quick pace games, ash is old champ so she is just outdated mostly and wild rift being this mess of a simple league for mobile

Ash sup works well into basically everything except like pyke blitz cause they're kidnappers, but yea u wanna go for soulstealer second or 3rd item for ashe and play for ult cool downs it's pretty op and in lane if u pair her with a cait/mf/ez it's just 💋

Soul stealer is just busted cause of the ult cool down reduction after enemy dies, it's so op that if u kill someone or even assisted in the kill meaning auto or ult wrv it may be ur ult legit gets it's cooldown back to almost 0 after 2enemy deaths
That's why it's op on fifdlesticks and other ukr based champs
Plus yr playing support so ur not meant to be building or tryna scale with damage, ur more for util like getting anti heal early spamming ults for ccs poke in lane etc
