Play a few games of him to have a basic understanding how he works, then watch some gameplay to see what he can do. Yone is legit the same as on pc, might be a bit more clearly to watch

I personally only play him in the top lane, but I can see mid Yone working as well. However, I do not recommend Yone jungle

I think mid > top, just because yone kill pressure is so high against mages

Mostly learn item powerspikes (boots, first item, 100% crit)

And level powerspikes (1,2,3,6)

And learn specific matchups (this is through practice mostly)
