Need any and all kinds of advice on how to play rakan (builds, combo, etc)

Well rakan is difficult champ any advice on how to play probably best shown in videos on youtube there's also couple techs so best to watch those
Build also depends on what you comfortable with theres ap or tank and in beginning tank is your best friend but you can mix them up so going into practice and finding your build is advised
This is mine generic build that i use with the only core item being zekes
Yordle trap is very good on him you can rush it if your adc is really good
Im using cd boots bc i like being annoying fly but normally people go for ad/ap armor boots
Other than that he builds like normal tank with very good options being redemption and protectors vow
Runes his 2 choices are electrocute(normally taken in ap rakan) and slow but either build works on either rune just dont change transcendence imo its best for him

Its been a while since I played him so idk how good his ap builds are
But a big thing with him is staying in range of allies. Your crazy mobility means nothing if you don't have your shield in range

I did hear that ap mid rakan is still viable but idk its efficiency probably still troll pick if you are not in trio/5q

Oh yeah you need combos, uhh a pretty nice one is e then w. Since you can do it from so far away it can hit the enemy unaware. Using q after w is a pretty easy way to get the heal going too.
Other than that, Rakans combos are pretty basic. You can choose to ult before or after your w with different effects
Before gives you a garuntee to knockup anyone you touch during the dash part of w
After gives you more time to scoop people up with the charm
