I’m not really a kayn main but generally you pick blue when there are a lot of squishies you can pop and red when there are a lot of tanks in the enemy team/your team doesn’t have a frontline

the gameplay after i choose is basically the same for both right?

I think it’s pretty different, as blue kayn you stay out of vision as much as you can and look for opportunities to blow up the enemy backline

But as red kayn you want to absorb as much damage and cc as possible bc ur so tanky and you heal a lot, so while you still can look to assassinate enemy squishies (red kayn damage still hurts) you might need to be at the front of teamfights a lot of the time

The build would be different for each form too

But idk any specifics bc I don’t play him lol

Oh me? I’m a rakan support main 😭 I only play jg when I’m autofilled and if I do I play vi so I’d at least still be useful

My other pocket picks are shyvana and evelynn

When I’m bored I play lillia but I suck

Just play red Kayn whenever I want

But generally

You should only play red Kayn if your team ain’t got no tanks or the enemy team got 2 or more tanks

Or if every single lane is loosing

I’d recommend to try samira

get to know her

she’s ofc my main

that’s why i’m recommending

but she’s real decent and i could give u build tips etc.

litro use basically the same build for jgl and adc but i change around last item depending on the opponents

I’ve won with a samira jgl and lost to one before

It’s not really the best jgl pick bc in the end samira is an adc and adcs just get blown up but it’s not bad

The amount of games I’ve saved just because of red Kayn is crazy

The only downside of getting red form

Is that its only two lanes that are meele champs
