Depends what u play. Matchmaking is garbage its not surprising if someone is stuck
They set winrate to be 55% so every gane is lose win lose win
Teammates you get are garbage i know it because im stuck at emerald hard carrying almost everymatch and still end up losing
Most of the games i play in emerald are not emerald matches, i get matched with ppl who were gm and challengers

I finally peaked diamond 4 last season.
I am shocked every game people don’t ban syndra and I proceed to destroy them in lane and carry the game alone.

That's just WR for you anyone claiming otherwise are probably playing 4-5 people pre made games and their opinion really means jack all
Best advice I can give is everyone just needs to stop playing ranked and make match making a horrible experience for those who do keep playing it, they'll fix the issues right quick and why not play normal if you gonna get horrible games might as well not stress over it and just play for fun
I've given up on rank WR rank is nothing but a joke anyway its to inflate the egos who can't hack it on pc
