Jhin and Nami is a nasty combo if your going attack speed Jhin ... Not only your getting heals but your getting free stuns from her bubble.

How can you target a Jhin if he not only in the back but has the speed to dodge stuns and has the healing necessary to keep him alive

varus is prob the most powerful adc, but xayah is definitely second, the adc changes with early game nerfs and late game buffs benefit her earlier, she gets all the lost AD back at like lvl 5 while the others get it at like lvl 6-7

so it was just a buff for her tbh

I used to be a bit disappointed when I saw an ashe adc but my goodness, when I started maining Nunu Support I started getting excited when I see one

Lethality varus would beat on-hit varus in lane but the on-hit varus would out-scale the lethality Varus right?

depends on enemy comp, a lethality varus would likely always destroy an on-hit varus due to the burst dmg and bc varus isnt really a tanky champ

but if the team was a team you can reliably auto attack a lot, on-hit would generally be better

and if the team was pretty tanky then a hybrid AP/AD build would be best

but dont take my word for this, ive played varus like 2 times so Im kinda guessing
