jungler tips and main goals

Hi, im new to wild rift and pretty much LoL in general and recently I’ve been playing a lot of jungle, namely WW because he’s my favorite character so far. (despite him being terrible from what I’ve heard sadly) What are the main goals I should keep in mind to ensure I play my role well? I really appreciate any input!

Try to learn matchups as soon as you can. Who you need to be worried about, who can beat you. As a Warwick, be wary of long-ranged enemies like Caitlyn and Jhin. Your main goal as a jungler is to farm your jungle as soon as it comes up and you have a chance, and visit lanes that are fighting and you are able to get a kill or two. Keep an eye on the Dragon and Baron pits, try to get the Rift Scuttlers for vision. If you can’t, just use a ward. Try to get the Rift Herald first if possible, if not just take the Dragon. If you get the Rift Herald and the Dragon is still up, go take that, too. Anything and everything you can take from the enemies, take it. Especially their lives.

good genera ruel is to not gank if ur camps are up

u dont need to make risky plays if u have jgl to farm

BUT if u are able to countere gank do so

if u are even in a position to help that is

Main thing I learned that helped a ton is only gank if you know you can secure a kill

Another big thing I learned that helped me improve was watching gold, and every time you get over 1000/1200, clear either your bottom or top camps if they’re alive (depending on which is closer), then recall

What helped me to climb the most were following realizations: try to die fewest of times; ward opposite side buff, call back and change to sweeper; do full clear first to hit level 5 and make plays from there; don’t get baited by your teammates, make your own judgment calls; don’t start an objective when enemy jg is alive unless they are at the opposite side of the map; if the team does not come to help for an objective, don’t contest; don’t die before baron or elder spawns; push lanes out; ping a lot; don’t text much in champ select
