Syndra and Galio build and advice

Adc main here looking to learn more champs. I've found that I like playing Syndra, Galio and Zoe.
I can somewhat play Galio but I'm not sure what he's building now. Both tank and regular Ap build so I can maybe support if I'm autofilled.
I'm having quite a bit of trouble with Syndra. My laning is bad but my mid-game is even worse. I don't really know what to do and how to gank. Should I even roam with Syndra or should I just powerfarm in lane like Asol (who I also want to play but I find him extremely daunting)?

With Syndra u shouldn't roam to gank enemies if u dont have prio in lane or if u arent winning ur mid enemy.
Upgrade first Q. Use ur ability to poke and zone ur minions from ur enemy, not to farm. After, u upgrade W, or E (E if ur enemy is assassin or bruiser).

Always push ur lane fast with abilities if ur jungler is pinging u for help to make dragons or herald.

Its better always to gank borlane, cause u have big area of stunt (u can stunt both enemies)

If ur top has cc, gankin him is also a good option

Would galio suport ever build heartsteel? And is there a tank hybrid build or is it just ROA with tank items?
